Holy Trinity Parish, located in West Harwich, Massachusetts on Cape Cod, serves the Catholic community of the greater part of the town of Harwich and parts of the adjacent town of Dennis.

A parish in the Diocese of Fall River, Holy Trinity serves approximately 1,800 Catholic families, plus thousands of seasonal residents and summer visitors who vacation in our communities to enjoy the beautiful beaches and the special ambiance that is Cape Cod.

Holy Trinity is an active, faith-filled parish community. Our main church, Holy Trinity, is located at 246 Main Street (Route 28) in West Harwich. We also have a summer chapel, Our Lady of the Annunciation, on Upper County Road in the village of Dennisport. Normally open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, the chapel offers a Saturday Vigil Mass, three Sunday Masses.
