Could you use a little extra help putting food on the table, but you've never reached out to a food pantry? The Family Pantry of Cape Cod's got you covered!
On May 19 from 10 a.m. to noon, we're holding our annual "Grab and Go" food distribution, and it couldn't be easier to take part. Everyone is welcome, and no registration is required, and each participant will receive a box of non-perishable food, a bag of apples and a modest gift card to a local supermarket. Because it's a drive-through event, you don't even have to get out of the car!
The Grab and Go event is happening at two locations: Nauset Regional Middle School at 70 Route 28, Orleans; and Barnstable High School (east parking lot), 744 West Main St., Hyannis. The distribution begins at 10 a.m., and lasts until noon or until all the food is distributed. So don't miss your chance!
