Recycling Center – Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays 7AM – 10:30AM

People generally pick a shift and work that one. We are very flexible and do accept volunteers who come when they can particularly for this task. The job involves sorting the recycled bottles and cans that are a major revenue source for us. This is good exercise, educational and fun!

We're adding a new shift:

Thursday Evenings 5:00 - 7:30 starting 2/18/2010.   We are looking for a few more volunteers to work the Pantry food area helping clients with food selection.

Pantry: Saturdays 9:30-12:30

We sometimes have openings helping clients with food selection.

Thrift shop: Open Tuesdays – Saturday 10-3 located at 2 Cross Street Harwich Port

We run 2 shifts each day 9:30-12:30 and 12:15-3:15 and are looking for substitutes as well as regular help for Saturdays.

All jobs are at the pantry location at 133 Queen Anne Road, Harwich except the thrift shop (see above)
