Thanksgiving Dinner with all the fixings and Toys for the Holidays needed at The Family Pantry of Cape Cod

Each year we provide turkeys and bags with all the fixings for our families of 3 or more people who sign up to receive one. We are lucky to have the support of the Greater Boston Food Bank and The Wayside Inn with this program. If anyone would like to help us we ask that when you are doing your own holiday shopping you consider picking up an extra frozen turkey and bring it to the pantry and you will have made it possible for one more families to have a wonderful holiday. You can drop off a turkey at the pantry during our open hours Tuesday 7AM - 3:30PM, Thursdays 7AM- 3:30 PM & 5 - 7PM, and Saturdays 7AM to Noon.

And you know what comes right after Thanksgiving.... Christmas is coming for sure! We have a toy/gift program for clients who enroll their children ages 14 and younger for the program and we are always looking for gifts for the children. We have support each year from the Marines Toys for Tots, the Cape Cod Corvette Club, the Harwich Garden Club, Holy Trinity Church and the Harwich Chamber of Commerce who has several businesses serving as collection spots for toys/gifts notably Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank in Harwich Port & East Harwich, The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, Commonwealth Associates, Monahan Jewelers,Talbots and our own Second Glance Thrift Shop but we can always use a few more items. You can bring new unwrapped toys/gifts to the pantry during our open hours Tuesday 7AM - 3:30PM, Thursdays 7AM- 3:30PM & 5-7PM and Saturdays 7AM to noon. Toys will be distributed December 22nd.
