The Fenway Ambassadors, who are a part of the Fan Services Department of our wonderful Boston Red Sox, arrived at the Family Pantry on Saturday March 13th to perform some community service. Tasks they performed included stocking of shelves, cleaning, painting, filing, and construction. They are a great group of volunteers and represented their cause extremely well. We are grateful for the assistance they provided.
Additional photos of the group in action may be seen in the Photos section of our Volunteers tab.
The participating Ambassadors include: Nina Beltre, Eileen Cawley, Meg Conciatori, Jackie Dempsey, Jenny Fox, Frankie Gonzalez, Kyle Graham, Kristin Hagerman, Jovan Holland, Ed Hoskins, Will Jones, Mike Lawlor, Ann Moran, Renee Poutre, Dan Rea, Evan Stogsdill, Lashawn Streater, Luis Vasquez, Stephanie Maneikis, Nick Roper, Dan Lyons, Bob DeCoteau, Mike Derick, Jessica Danielson, Sarah Clark.
The Family Pantry, located at 133 Queen Anne Road in
Harwich, is a non-profit organization that provides food and clothing to
people in need without any restrictions, geographic or otherwise. The
Family Pantry is operated by 230 volunteers and one paid staff so there
are always a lot of tasks to be completed and we really appreciate the
help of the Fenway Ambassadors!
