Food Distribution:

This is our primary program.  We provide food to anyone in need with no geographic restrictions. There are many pantries on Cape Cod but we are the largest that is available for anyone to utilize. Clients have a confidential interview on their first visit and then are entitled to come for food every three weeks.  We are a choice pantry which means that our food is not pre-bagged. Each client is allowed to select the products that he or she wants. We provide a large selection of healthy foods including frozen meats, cheese, eggs, fresh produce as well as the canned and packaged food products.  

Clothing:

We also provide a selection of clothing is sizes infant through adult.  All clothing is donated to us and must be clean and in good working order.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Plan (SNAP):

This was formerly known as food stamps. We have volunteers trained to apply for SNAP assistance for our clients through an online program.  This is an ancillary service and helps our clients to have the ability to purchase other foods that may not be available in our pantry and to do so conveniently while at the pantry.

Fuel Assistance:

We have several volunteers trained to fill out the paperwork to apply for fuel assistance (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) through the South Shore Community Action Council.  This is also an ancillary service we provide to make it convenient for our clients to apply while at the pantry.
