The Family Pantry is experiencing unprecedented growth in the number of people seeking our help. The economy has proved devastating for the less fortunate. We are experiencing a 33% increase over the thousands of families we helped in the same time period in 2008. The goal of the party is to raise some money to fill the pantry shelves for the Fall and to have a good time while doing so! Please, we need any help you can offer.
On Sunday August 9th (4-7 PM) Friends of the Pantry; District Attorney Michael O’Keefe, Anastasia Welsh Perrino, Honorable Sarah Peake, Sheriff Jim Cummings, Tommy O’Neill, Dennis Picard and Dorothy Savarese are hosting a birthday celebration fundraiser as the pantry begins its 21st year of operation. The party will be held at the pantry and will feature fantastic entertainment, food, drink and a great time for all.
